Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or email.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or other available methods.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
• No deposit refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Prices:

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include tax.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are not affected.

Transportation & Tour Service:

• All transportation includes a local driver, fuel, parking fees, and mineral water.
• Our drivers are experienced and may also act as informal guides.
• Tour duration and timing may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Travel Insurance:

• We do not provide personal travel insurance.
• We strongly recommend all guests buy their own travel insurance before the trip.
• Third-Party Activities
• Some tours and activities like ATV, snorkeling, rafting etc. are operated by partner companies.
• These partners are responsible for providing safety equipment and their own insurance.
• Any accident or insurance claim during these activities must be handled directly with the provider.
• We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during third-party activities.

Guest Responsibility:

• Guests must follow safety rules and instructions during the trip.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

Force Majeure:

• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control like natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or weather conditions.
