Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or email.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or other available methods.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
• No deposit refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

3. Prices:

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include tax.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are not affected.

4. Transportation & Tour Service:

• All transportation includes a local driver, fuel, parking fees, and mineral water.
• Our drivers are experienced and may also act as informal guides.
• The tour duration is 10 hours. If it exceeds this time, an additional hourly fee will be charged (extra hour). Please note that the tour duration is not affected by traffic or weather conditions.

5. Travel Insurance:

• We do not provide personal travel insurance.
• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Bali.
• Third-Party Activities
• Some tours and activities like ATV, snorkeling, rafting etc. are operated by partner companies.
• These partners are responsible for providing safety equipment and their own insurance.
• Any accident or insurance claim during these activities must be handled directly with the provider.
• We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during third-party activities.

6. Guest Responsibility:

• Guests must follow safety rules and instructions during the trip.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

7. Force Majeure:

• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control like natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or weather conditions.
