• Our team will pick you up directly from your hotel in Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, or surrounding areas. Pick-up time can be adjusted.

09.00 – Arrive at ATV KEEPALL Basecamp

• Welcome drink (mineral water)
• Registration and safety briefing by instructor
• Equipment selection: helmet, boat shoes, and basic protection
• Brief explanation of route and riding techniques

10.00 – Start ATV Adventure (± 1.5 hours)
Explore the exciting and varied private track:

• Passing green rice fields

Terms & Conditions – Private ATV Quad Bike Ubud Package

1. Age & Health

Participants must be at least 7 years old (tandem) and 12 years old (single ride)

Participants over 60 years old must be in good physical condition

Not recommended for:

• Pregnant women
• People with a history of heart disease, epilepsy, or other serious disorders
• Wheelchair users or heavy mobility aids

2. Identity & Confirmation

• Participants must fill out the registration form and include their name & active contact
• Bookings are considered valid after confirmation from the admin and/or deposit

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours before the activity
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the schedule will be charged 100%
• Full refund will be given if cancellation is made by the operator due to extreme weather or safety reasons

4. Equipment & Clothing

• Recommended clothing: t-shirt & shorts/long pants, sandals or outdoor shoes
• Recommended to bring: change of clothes, sunblock, and waterproof camera (if necessary)

5. Documentation

• Personal documentation is allowed, but safety must be prioritized
• The operator is not responsible for damage or loss of personal items
• The operator provides documentation services

6. Insurance

• All participants are protected by standard activity insurance
• Insurance only applies to participants who have filled out the data form completely

7. Pickup Time

• Pickup schedule will be adjusted to the hotel location and the selected session (morning/afternoon)

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Follow the guide's instructions during the activity
• Responsible for the vehicle and damage if it occurs due to personal negligence
