For those who love outdoor adventures and want to experience a special moment at sunrise, Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking is the perfect choice. Climbing this 1,717-meter-high volcano only takes about two hours from the starting point to the summit, with a relatively easy trekking trail.

Upon reaching the summit, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking panorama: the sun rising from the eastern horizon, the vast Batur caldera, the serene Lake Batur on the south side, and the majestic Mount Abang and Mount Agung standing tall. On your way down, you'll follow lava flows left by the last eruption.

Finally, relax and soothe your muscles in a natural hot spring pool on the shores of Lake Batur, overlooking the lake and mountains.

BATUR SUNRISE TREKKING & HOT SPRING TOUR ITINERARY:

1:30 AM – 2:30 AM – Hotel pickup (Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua)
3:30 AM – Arrival at basecamp/starting point, light breakfast, and briefing
4:00 AM – Begin trekking to the summit of Mount Batur
6:00 AM – Arrive at the summit, enjoy the sunrise, and enjoy a second breakfast
7:30 AM – Begin your descent, passing through the black lava area and caldera
9:00 AM – Arrive back at basecamp
9:30 AM – Soak and relax in the natural hot spring pool on the shores of Lake Batur
11:00 AM – Return to hotel
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Arrive at hotel (depending on location)

• A deposit may be required to guarantee a climbing slot.
• Cancellations >24 hours: No fee.
• Cancellations <24 hours: 50% fee.
• No-shows: No refund.
• Cancellations due to extreme weather: Full refund or rescheduling.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or those with serious medical conditions.
• Must be physically fit enough to climb for approximately 2 hours.
• Sunrise views depend on the weather.
• The tour will proceed unless conditions are extreme.
• Warm jacket, athletic shoes, change of clothes, towel, personal medication.
• Includes basic insurance (during the climb).
• Does not cover loss of personal belongings.
• Follow the guide's instructions.
