Terms & Conditions

Bookings must be made in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your tour. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Prices are in IDR and include tax. Transportation includes a private car, driver, fuel, parking, and mineral water. Tour duration is 10 hours; extra hours may be charged.

Some activities are operated by partners and follow their own safety and insurance policies. Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Changes due to force majeure may occur.
