Participants must be in good health. Minimum age is 7 years (tandem) and 12 years (single ride). Not recommended for pregnant guests or those with serious medical conditions.
Booking is confirmed after registration and/or deposit. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50%. Full refund if canceled by the operator for safety or weather reasons.
Wear comfortable clothes and outdoor shoes. Bring extra clothes and sunblock. Personal photos are allowed at your own risk.
Standard activity insurance is included for registered participants. Pick-up time depends on hotel location and session. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions and are responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
