• Health: Not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, heart conditions, or serious health issues
• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet. Bring a change of dry clothes, swimsuit, and extra plastic bag for wet clothes
• Footwear: Wear sandals or water shoes that can get wet
