If you book hotel transfer: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time (very early morning!).
If you meet at location: Meet your driver at the designated meeting point in Kintamani area.

- Early morning start: Be prepared to wake up very early (around 02:00 – 03:00 AM if using hotel transfer)
- Weather: Mount Batur area can be cold in the morning (around 15–20°C). Please bring a jacket or sweater!
- Footwear: Wear comfortable closed shoes or sturdy sandals — the terrain can be rocky
- Food: Light breakfast is provided, but we recommend bringing extra snacks if you need more energy ✅ (baru ditambahkan)
- Capacity: Short jeep maximum 3 people, Long jeep maximum 5 people (for safety and comfort)
- Custom requests: Want to add hot spring visit or other stops? Let us know — we can arrange a custom itinerary!

- ✅ Price is per jeep, not per person. Each jeep is private for your group only
- ✅ Maximum capacity: Short jeep = 3 people, Long jeep = 5 people (including children)
- ✅ Hotel transfer prices vary by area — please select your hotel area correctly when booking
- ✅ No refund for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before tour)
- ✅ Tour may be rescheduled in case of heavy rain or bad weather for safety reasons
- ✅ Please follow safety instructions from your driver-guide at all times
- ✅ Children must be supervised by parents at all times
